I would like to
express my thanks to maintenance for taking care of my garbage
disposal so quickly. Yesterday evening after using it, my garbage
disposal started making funny noises. I called the 24 hour
maintenance line and within 10 minutes I received a phone call back.
Then within 20 minutes a member of maintenance arrived at my door.
He evaluated the situation and determined it not to be a hazard, and
a new one would need to be installed. The very next morning as
promised a new garbage disposal was installed and they even cleaned
up behind themselves.

A Letter to the
Property Owners
We want to thank you, the property owners and your staff for their
higher caliber of management style.
The most outstanding actions of Jo & Jennifer is the pre-summer
youth pizza night. We have an apartment that looks down at the pool
from the 2nd floor, so we could see the children gathered together
listening intently to Jo & Jennifer. It was a very heartwarming
moment I will never forget. Jo & Jennifer did a great job with this!
